Hello, I am Arthur Webb and I am running for California State Assembly, District 15.

My campaign joins others across the State to give frustrated Californians an alternative.

I am moderate, NPP, Independent, who believes that voters still control our nation. I will receive no money from either major party, nor will I ask. This is the election in which moderate voters of all parties can take back California. I know we can find a better balance in Sacramento.  

The Democratic party has controlled California for decades and that has hurt our State. One party rule, regardless of the party, is not what the Founders intended. They warned against "permanent factions" becoming shadow governments not responsive to voters. Enough already! I believe that a better blend of Democrats and Republicans, with other parties and independents, will lead to more collaboration, better legislation, smaller government, and more focus on the average citizen. Similar messages are resonating throughout the State. Now is the time. Let’s do it. Join us for a better California.

- Stop the incessant tax increases, which target working people

- Stop the gas tax, diesel tax, and the need for school bonds

- Re-establish balanced and limited state government

- Re-establish election integrity

- Reduce regulatory barriers to housing

- Reduce homelessness where possible

- Stop the rampant fraud, waste, and corruption

- Stop letting state government tell us how to live

We must emphasize compassionate quality of daily living for people of all demographics and all walks of life, starting with citizens and taxpayers.
We must reclaim our personal "Freedom to Choose" life as we see fit.
We must return to common sense policies, not vaguely defined aspirational goals.
